Cooked with crushed pineapple, Cinnamon, cardamom, sultana, cashew nuts, balti sauce and selected spices. Very tasty, sweet and sour.

Korma

A delicate preparation of curd, cream and selected spices, producing a very mild flavour.

Nentara

Cooked in yoghurt, mango chuteny and tomato sauce, resulting in a tangy flavour. Highly recommended.

Jalfrezie

With chopped green chillies, green pepper, cubed onion and fresh coriander. Garnished with a touch of grated ginger. Fairly spicy and hot.
